Manshan Hotel is located in the Guanyin Bridge area of Jiangbei District, Chongqing City. This is the favorite place for local young people in Chongqing. Of course, this place also attracts young tourists from other places; but Jiangbei District, as the new city area of Chongqing, is not It looks exactly like Chongqing, which is familiar from memory or video. It is more modern and flatter, with tall buildings, and although it is still pyrotechnic, it also presents another scene. The hotel is in such a large environment, hidden between buildings. Its original architectural condition is the same as that of most loft apartments. Although there is a relatively sufficient height relationship, the overall space is still small. In addition, the hotel part only occupies 3/5 of the whole floor. Therefore, in dealing with the spatial relationship, we must solve the independence of the hotel in the visual and spatial use of dynamic lines. This helps the hotel to present a more complete visual and experience effect. Fortunately, the higher floor relationship has created good and sufficient sunshine conditions for the entire building, which has given some help for the later effect presentation. So, we began to think about how a city hotel can really integrate into such a big environment. The stereotypical Nordic style, minimalist style, and even the so-called natural theme are obviously outdated in such a building with mixed steel territory. In addition, Chongqing is not a city lacking imagination and stories. Its unique temperament has already affected To all levels of the city. I believe that everyone may have their own interpretation of Chongqing. But in my memory, Chongqing is a huge factory. At that time, tall factories and mechanical equipment everywhere filled my memories. This kind of memory is wonderful, even in a fantasy state. You can even imagine what a 4D magical scene is in a mountain city full of factories. I can even think of Chaplin's "Modern Age". In a deep sense, isn't Chaplin's deep meaning expressed in the movie in the 1930s exactly what we are now in? It's just that the factory is constantly being toppled down, and the black and white images have long ceased to exist. It is followed by tall buildings, and the seemingly rich and colorful, this is the modern and contemporary, and the appearance of prosperity in most cities today. Therefore, the theme of the modern factory was born. We also want to express a little dialogue with the current city through some expressions. However, this is just a range that can be achieved by interior design, and design language and thinking can only be discussed in a simple and direct way.
