The design of the B & B hotel includes changing the layout, removing some mezzanine, increasing the height from the floor to the ceiling on the first floor, increasing natural light by adding openings on the outer wall and roof, selecting light tone materials and simple and natural textures.

The main entrance of the farm and garden has changed, and the porch has been added to the outer wall, which is now open to the landscape. The stone facade of the B & B hotel has been repaired and homogenized, new shutters and windows have been added, and trees, shrubs, vines and flowers have been planted. The distribution and space of the previously decorated houses do not meet the requirements of our customers. Therefore, the main purpose of the design of the B & B resort hotel is not only to meet the needs of the new landlord, but also to restore and clean up the original farmhouse.

Remove the decorative elements that are separated from the background and time period, in other words, the general hotel reconstruction design from the facade to the end of the last detail. A fresh work of aesthetics creates a modern atmosphere in the countryside.

The B & B hotel renovated the entrance of the farmhouse, freeing up a large space where the old entrance is located to create a second living room. There was a large wooden entrance, which used to be located on the secondary facade. A small corridor is created as the lobby of the hall as a large distribution hall.

One of the most daring interventions of the B & B hotel was to relocate the stairs to reveal the beautiful Catalan vault. This is the architectural feature on the first floor, which is very typical of these farmhouses, and covers the ceiling of the room with a single span. The stairs were relocated to the side and a skylight was placed on it to provide natural light. This space, once the place of the old entrance, has now become the main dining room with a huge travertine marble table.

The connection between the living room and dining room of the B & B hotel is solved through a small power distribution room, which leads to a guest room and a dressing room. This small distributor solves the circulation and connection between the two large spaces on the ground floor by connecting the living room, dining room and kitchen.

The summer dining area is adjacent to the large kitchen and garden porch. The kitchen counter is made of brick and marble, reminiscent of the old kitchen in these farmhouses, but with the size and comfort of a modern kitchen.

Another goal of the B & B design is to restore the original ceiling as much as possible - including the first floor and the first floor - and apply natural finishes such as lime paint. On the upper floor, large-scale demolition, including ceiling and mezzanine, was carried out because it made the room feel smaller and hindered the structural beauty of the farmhouse with the original wooden beams.

The selected materials are natural and traditional, but still the latest. In addition to natural stone, lime finish, linen fabric, oak and walnut, and natural fibers in jute and coconut, they also provide a simple, elegant and comfortable essence.
