There is a clear implementation manual for the holiday home stay design project in the local area, which limits the total area, area of each floor, building height, and even the architectural style. As the easternmost inhabited island, the island has humid air, strong winds and even typhoons from time to time, limited building material selection, and a significant increase in transportation costs and labor costs compared with those outside the island. The owner's siblings hope to make full use of the area, try to have different feelings in each room, and each room should have as many sea viewing interfaces as possible; It is hoped that at least the top holiday B & B projects in the region can be built, and the cost can be controlled as much as possible.

At the stage of communication scheme direction of vacation B & B conceptual design, more than ten conceptual schemes were provided for discussion, and the owner finally chose the scheme of several blocks. In more than a year, they have been to the island more than ten times. Once, the owner mentioned whether they had not been to the barren Village (a local tourist attraction), so they went together. Later, they chatted and continued to discuss the plan. At this time, the owner mentioned that their hometown was originally in this village. Due to the inconvenience of life, the villagers moved out one after another. She felt that the malocclusion of the shapes in the implementation plan was similar to the scattered malocclusion houses in the village. Maybe it's a coincidence, maybe it's a similar form that pulls out the memory. However, it can be made clear that the starting point of the plane layout of the physical design of this case is actually based on the demands of the owner and the site landscape resources.

In the scene after the vacation B & B is admitted to the hospital, the slope of entering the house is slowed down through bending, and the green space is made into a slope to reduce the sense of oppression. The design of the rest platform area in the hospital and the vacation home stay site has also been modified several times. Due to the local control over the green area, the rest platform area has been compressed and the campfire area has been cancelled.

The holiday home stay design project is completed, with seven different rooms. 101 has a courtyard and a private swimming pool area; 201 there is a framed sea view, facing the central island of the sea in the distance; 202 with 270 degree wide sea view; 203 with mountains and sea view; 301 is a suite. The living room and bedroom have a wide picture sea view. The bedroom has a star skylight the size of a whole bed and a private courtyard; 302 is also a Duplex Suite, with 270 panoramic views of the sea in the living room, star skylights in the bedroom and the master bathroom, a sea breeze terrace and a spacious independent courtyard. 303 lying in bed watching the mountains and the sea can also see the starry sky.

The appearance of the holiday home stay is partial. The swimming pool on the first floor wraps the building according to the site. Under the condition of strict area restriction, holes are opened through the walls and floors to increase the space level when viewing indoors and outdoors.

In fact, the design area of the holiday B & B is small, and the building area is only about 400 square meters. Compared with other B & B projects on the island, the site will be slightly loose. By lengthening the path up the mountain and bending the path in the hospital, the scheme appropriately lengthens the walking route for guests to stay, settles their mood and increases the expectations of guests to stay in the B & B.

Part of the outdoor traffic flow line of the holiday B & B, lengthening the uphill path, bending the path in the courtyard, part of the outdoor courtyard, the blue swimming pool and the sea interact with the white wall and the ground, and part of the outdoor courtyard is limited by the white concrete wall.

Through the horizontal and vertical multi-layer penetration of the space and the change of the window opening position, the design of the holiday B & B allows the light entering the room to appear in a controlled way, stretching the line of sight infinitely and making the space flow. It is hoped that in a small space, through design techniques, the perceived space will be enlarged, the time will be slowed down, and the space types will be enriched. The design owner of the holiday B & B spent one year looking for the land and half a year looking for the designer. After another year, the project was nearly completed. In order to catch up with the peak passenger flow, the project has been in normal operation, but some parts are still being gradually improved. The indoor soft decoration is also being added or optimized according to the owner's funds. Houses live and change because of people.

                                                        

When people leave urban life, they will instinctively look for a place close to nature. This is the case with holiday B & B design. When you look at the sea and the sky, your heart will hear the secret language of nature in the harmony between the waves and the earth, quietly healing.
