Yue Wuyi·Tea Life Aesthetic Tea Theme Hotel Design

This project was transformed from a waste state-owned enterprise training center located on the main road of Wuyishan Resort in Fujian. When it was completed, the designer lamented: "Design is the same as making tea. Whether you invest in emotions or not is completely different! The first time When we stepped into this abandoned courtyard, we already felt the beginning of our fate with it! After that, all the efforts were also doomed to Yue Wuyi's present appearance!" Yue Wuyi Tea Life Aesthetic Hotel has a construction area of more than 8,000 square meters, public The regional garden area is more than 7000 square meters. The renovated hotel has more than 120 rooms in 12 types. Through the refinement and innovation of the "hidden and rock tea" temperament, combined with the natural elements of Wuyi Mountain, an oriental aesthetic courtyard space with the cultural characteristics of Wuyi Mountain tea was created. The in-depth study of the cultural connotation and artistic conception of Jing, Zen and Rock Tea has become the core of the hotel's architectural space layout, architectural form creation, and landscape and interior design. The new interpretation of Jing and Zen in this case can be summarized as "poetic and artistic, tea asking, flowers blooming on the moon, burning incense". Integrate the Chinese tea culture and the concept of life aesthetic Zen, with Yue as the ultimate core guide, and create a comfortable, laid-back, relaxed, and comfortable aesthetic living space. The design style of the exterior of the building integrates the Hui style building with gray tiles and white walls, using halls, walls, corridors, terraces, courtyards and stone, water, bamboo, and wood to connect the existing space. Some walls enclose a private space and create some unexpected surprises, while the corridor adds a fun scene to the courtyard space in the rainy Wuyi Mountains and shields the tourists from the wind and rain! The reuse of the wooden structure of the old local house gives the space temperature and memory points, and at the same time realizes the on-site use of construction materials and the design intention of low-carbon and environmental protection. More than one hundred old trees on the site of the park are retained to maximize the coordination between design transformation and the environment.
