2、 Correct and reasonable construction sequence is the premise of finished product protection and the key to achieve the maximum effect of all finished product protection methods.

If the construction sequence is reversed, the cross pollution of the process will be prevented. Before organizing the construction, the detailed construction plan shall be prepared, the rationality of its process shall be reviewed, and the approved construction plan shall be implemented. If the process is not reasonably arranged, resulting in finished product pollution, the relevant management personnel shall be held responsible. All disciplines should cooperate with each other and strengthen communication. For example, the water and electricity pipeline embedding work should be contacted with civil engineering work in time to do a good job in embedding, so as to avoid adverse impact on structure and waterproof caused by subsequent excavation. It is inevitable that there will be cross operations among different disciplines. When there is mutual influence, all parties should strengthen consultation and take corresponding protection measures to minimize the impact on the finished products.

25 specific measures

Decoration involves a variety of complex projects, in the decoration must do a good job in the protection of finished products, otherwise the follow-up construction and later occupancy will cause a lot of unnecessary trouble and loss.

1、 Protection of decorative raw materials

1. After all the raw and auxiliary materials are accepted by the engineering department, the warehouse keeper of the construction party shall be responsible for the warehousing of the materials, complete the warehousing procedures, and mark them clearly according to the regulations, and it is strictly prohibited to mix and stack them. Only the qualified materials and finished products can enter the finished product warehouse.

The finished product warehouse administrator of the construction party shall store the materials in categories and clearly mark them. The material warehouse and finished products shall be managed according to the specifications, and dust, mildew and fire prevention shall be done well. All materials shall be covered and registered.

2. Protective measures shall be taken for all materials during storage. Horizontal wood shall be used at the bottom of the materials. Each layer shall be separated by thin wood strips, and the maximum stacking of materials shall not exceed 10 layers. The glass shall be stored vertically on special supports with isolation paper between each piece of glass.

3. Protective measures shall be taken for the transportation of materials in the factory. Direct contact between iron parts and hardware is prohibited to avoid damage to materials.

4. The material processing platform must be padded with blanket according to the regulations, and there should be no sundries. It is forbidden to drag and collide materials on the platform. All materials must be lifted vertically when moving.

5. For the finished materials, finished products and semi-finished products, the surface and inner cavity of the materials shall be removed completely, and the protective film shall be pasted on the surface of the finished products.

6. The stacking of raw materials should ensure the safety and convenience of secondary handling. When the gypsum board is stacked side by side, the bottom shall be padded with wood and provided with anti sliding setting. The stacking time should not exceed five days, and the stacking should be ensured at the non main entrance and exit and construction operation surface. When stacking, the gradient should be more than 80 degrees. The stacking thickness should not exceed 300 mm.

The stacking of stone materials should consider the need of secondary handling, ensure that there is a proper inclination and anti-skid setting, and the stacking thickness should not be greater than 500mm.

2、 Finished ceiling protection

1. After the installation and acceptance of water, electricity, heating and ventilation, the relevant units shall sign the sealing board in writing to avoid damage to the finished products caused by rework.

2. Do a good job in the maintenance of the parts adjacent to windows and curtain walls to prevent the board from being exposed to rain and sun.

3. After the installation of ceiling decoration board, it is not allowed to chisel at will. If it is necessary to install equipment, electric drill shall be used to drill holes, and large holes shall not be opened.

4. The water supply pipeline in the ceiling should be pressure tested, and the next process should be constructed after water injection. If there is any damage to the water supply pipeline during the construction, it can be found in time to avoid greater loss.

5. At the valve position of the top pipeline, attention should be paid to the reserved inspection hole, and the finished product inspection port is required to prevent the upper and lower personnel from operating the ceiling.

6. When the lamp is installed on the top of the ventilation room, it is necessary to take measures to prevent the lamp from being damaged.

7. Do not hang the suspender on the ventilation, water pipe and other pipes in the ceiling to avoid damaging the concealed pipes.

8. After the installation of the ceiling, the construction surface shall not use or transport super-high materials and herringbone ladder.

3、 Marble and granite veneer

1. Impression requirements:

a) The defects which are not visible at 1 m of the plate are regarded as no defects;

b) The plate and the protocol board are placed on the ground at the same time, and there is no color difference when the distance is 1m;

c) The surface of the plate should be flat, clean, consistent in color, without warping, cracks, sand holes, depressions, color spots and stains, and there is no front corner edge defect; the polished surface of the plate should have mirror luster (except for the frosted surface); the surface of the plate is strictly prohibited from efflorescence and rust; the caulking should be dense and straight, and the color of the caulking material should be consistent;

d) The internal and external corners are complete, full and straight.

2. Technical measures:

a) Boards should not be stacked horizontally, and cork should be used for padding to prevent cross contamination during construction. It is not suitable to stack them outdoors, otherwise, measures such as film covering should be adopted for protection.

b) After the stone paving is completed and the bonding strength is reached, the surface shall be cleaned, and the sand and garbage in the gap shall be removed to seal the gap.

c) Protective film shall be laid on the floor plate which is nearly cleaned up, and wood board or other materials that can resist impact damage shall be laid to prevent trampling, collision damage and stone surface pollution.

d) For the parts easy to cause damage to the stone surface or the construction passage, additional protective measures should be taken, such as covering the stone surface with protective film and binding cork products at the external corner.

e) For the bathtub, basin and other parts that have been installed with stone, it is necessary to cover with cardboard and wood board or other materials for protection.

3. Organizational measures

a) All materials shall be inspected for defects before paving, and the intact products shall be marked and recorded accordingly;

b) Generally, the marble decoration panel works should be carried out after the wall concealment and plastering works and ceiling works have been completed and passed the acceptance;

c) If there is caulking material in stone, the compatibility test of caulking material and stone should be conducted in advance on site to ensure that there is no mutual pollution during construction;

d) The distance between the oil contaminated workplace and the stone yard and the finished products should not be less than 10 m;

e) During the construction of ground stone materials, when the bond strength is not reached, there should be obvious no entry sign, and the special person on duty shall be responsible for commanding, and it is not allowed to step into the facing area;

f) When moving the high stool, shelf and ladder, the stone finish surface shall not be collided. If it is necessary to construct in the stone paved area, rubber pad and other protective materials must be installed at the foot of high stool, shelf and ladder.

4、 Stainless steel decorative panel

1. Impression requirements:

a) There are no cracks, scratches, rust spots on the surface, and no defects and burrs on the edges and corners;

b) The surface should be smooth, clean, with consistent color and pattern;

c) The caulking shall be dense and straight, and the color of caulking materials shall be consistent.

2. Technical measures:

a) After entering the site, the materials should be stacked horizontally, the stacking surface should be larger than the size of the board, and the surface flatness of the stacking surface should not be lower than the requirements of density board;

b) Special protective film shall be provided when materials enter the site;

C) after installation, the material should be cleaned and inspected. When the surface appearance meets the requirements, the film should be re protected and the foam board with thickness of not less than 10mm should be protected outside the film.

3. Organizational measures:

a) When the materials enter the site and after the installation is completed, the appearance of materials shall be fully inspected, and the construction unit, project management personnel and supervision company shall make corresponding records by household and piece by piece;

b) The stainless steel facing board should be carried out after the wall concealment and plastering works and ceiling works have been completed and accepted;

c) If it is found that the materials do not meet the requirements.

5、 Decorative mirror

1. Impression requirements:

a) The mirror surface should be flat and clean, without cracks, scratches, bubbles, slag inclusion, edges and corners without defects, and should be polished. The mirror image should not be deformed, dizzy and consistent in color;

b) The coating on the mirror back shall be free from contamination, defect and scratch.

2. Technical measures:

a) Materials should be sealed and packaged when entering the site, and the mirror surface should be protected with soft film;

B) after installation, the material should be cleaned and inspected. When the surface appearance meets the requirements, the foam board should be added on the surface with a thickness of not less than 10mm thick.

c) After passing the acceptance, anti-collision warning signs shall be made.

6、 Decorative glass partition

1. Impression requirements:

a) The surface shall be flat and clean, free of cracks, scratches, bubbles and slag inclusion, and the edges and corners shall be free of defects, and shall be chamfered and ground;

b) The image inside the glass is not deformed, dizzy and consistent in color;

c) The neutral structural sealant at the edges and corners of the laminated glass shall be completely covered without defects and yellowing of the glass.

c) There is no peeling, dirt, glaze bubble, spot, embryo powder glaze strand, orange glaze, ripple, lack of glaze, brown eye, melting hole, smoke, crack, pattern defect and frontal collision at 1m away from the brick surface;

d) The surface is clean, the pattern and color are consistent and meet the design requirements.

2. Technical measures:

a) The room that has just finished paving should be hung with friendly tips to avoid damage during the maintenance period;

8、 Solid wood composite floor, wood floor

1. Impression requirements:

The surface is clean, the pattern is clear, the color is consistent, the seam is even, the periphery is straight, there is no crack in the plate, the surface layer is free of scratch, off angle and lack of edge.

2. Technical measures:

a) Materials shall be transported to the warehouse or construction site immediately after entering the site, and shall not be stacked outdoors;

b) When the materials enter the site, the products shall be stored in clean and dry packing boxes to prevent the floor surface from being damaged or polluted, and cushions shall be placed between the boards for isolation;

c) Before paving, the floor packaging materials should be carefully removed. It is forbidden to use blade or hard tools to remove the packaging to prevent scratching the floor;

d) After the completion of pavement, it is necessary to clean and clean immediately and lay necessary protective materials.

3. Form of protection

(1) Before laying the floor base course, the structural floor should be clean. After the completion of floor base course pavement, it should be cleaned first and then covered with woven cloth or carpet. In plum rain season, attention should be paid to ventilation to avoid damp and mildew;

9、 Finished combined sliding door

1. Impression requirements:

a) The surface should be clean, flat, smooth, with consistent color and without corrosion spots;

b) There are no scratches and bumps on the surface.

2. Technical measures:

The finished products shall be packaged completely and reliably when entering the site.

3. Organizational measures:

a) Before and after the installation of finished products, the surface appearance shall be fully inspected;

b) It should be carried out after the concealed works, flat roof, wall decoration construction, and installation construction are completed and experience is received;

10、 Entrance door, door leaf and door pocket

1. Impression requirements:

a) The surface should be clean, flat, smooth, straight lines, tight joints, consistent color, no rust;

b) There are no cracks, warpage, scratches and bruises.

2. Technical measures:

a) The door pocket and door leaf shall be installed separately. After the door pocket is installed with independent protection, the door leaf can be installed when the site conditions are available;

b) After the installation of the door leaf, the appearance quality should be fully checked, and the surface should be protected with transparent plastic film;

c) After the door pocket is installed, the surface is protected by transparent plastic film. And make a wooden box for protection. The foam film interlayer should be pasted between the wooden box and the plastic film.

3. Organizational measures:

a) The entrance door shall be carried out after the concealed works and surface wet operation have been completed and accepted, so as to prevent damage and pollution to the door body;

b) The indoor door pocket shall be constructed only after the construction of concealed works, wet operation and wall ground base is completed, and the door leaf shall be installed before other construction is basically completed and the floor is laid.

11、 Wooden fixed furniture

1. Impression requirements:

a) The surface should be flat, clean, consistent in color, without cracks, warpage and damage;
