The design of this building started in 2012. This building is bound to bring people an unparalleled and unforgettable experience. In the design of the whole building, the traditional definition of the complex is broken, showing a flowing spatial architectural effect.

Curvilinear beauty extends the brand. The building shows the essence of curvilinear beauty. It not only adds curvilinear architectural beauty, but also extends the brand of the real estate company through architecture.

The whole building seems to rise from the ground, with a curvilinear design like flowing clouds and water in appearance. In the center of the building close to the twin towers, it presents a logo shape, which is composed of three independent buildings, forming an extraordinary whole, and the space gives people a sense of difference.

The whole building is a flowing space building, which breaks the traditional definition of complex. Its inspiration comes from melting ice and staged a duel between ice and fire in the boundless desert.

The middle of the two main towers is connected by a 50 meter long air corridor. Like the void, it arches in space to connect the mixed use space. It is an architectural and engineering miracle.

The "cavity" inside the building is inlaid with twists and turns, such as a curtain like glass wall. The glass curtain wall will be specially designed with a reflection pattern in the form of pixel stripes, which will not only reduce the sunlight inside the building, but also give people a sense of space art full of future. This design, on the one hand, provides a certain degree of reflection and sense of existence of the cube, on the other hand, helps reduce the sunlight inside the building.

The spectacular lighting system is a major feature of the opus design. The opus is composed of two stone like square structures.

Each glass panel is equipped with an LED lamp. During the day, the two squares will present a solid structure, but at night, the middle junction will "melt", and the lamp will fill the void in the middle. When the lamp lights up, the hollow part in the middle will be as mysterious and quiet as the deep sea ice layer. The whole building space penetrates, forming an interesting urban vision and bringing an impressive urban landscape.

Although this "cavity" design is amazing, it also brings unprecedented challenges to the construction personnel. There are 4544 hyperboloid glasses in the gap, each of which needs to be designed and built separately.

The whole building is built into a square integrating waterscape and plantation. The overall design style of hotel rooms and apartments in the building is very unified and extensible. The building will be inlaid with curved glass walls like a curtain, so that visitors can also capture charming scenery through the open space.

The design of the guest room is inspired by the sky, sea and plants. The organic shape, smooth appearance, combined with the geometric structure, from the zigzag wall and door texture to each piece of furniture.

The resort hotel located inside the building is designed to cover an area of more than 23000 square meters and will include 189 guest rooms and Suites and several Michelin star restaurants to bring customers a unique catering experience.

The lobby of the resort hotel is the focus connecting each part. The height of the 4-storey is impressive, the radian of the corridor and the sofa, and the furniture arranged at the entrance of the lobby highly echo the architectural style.
